Heard. The petitioner is challenging the order of invalidation of his caste claim.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 23.01.2026. 3.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel Mr. Bhagat waives service of notice for Respondent No.3.

Till the returnable date the employer of the petitioner shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner solely on the ground that the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated, subject to petitioner filing an undertaking within a period of 15 days before this Court as well as employer that pending this petition the petitioner will not claim any service benefits such as promotion, increment, pay fixation and confirmation etc.
