Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

A limited grievance of the Petitioner is that the Presiding Officer of the Commercial Court at Pune, has not passed order on the application preferred by the Respondent No.1 - Defendant, seeking leave to defend the Summary Suit, though the said application was heard and reserved for order on 7 May 2025.

Learned Counsel submits that since then the matter has been adjourned on 14 occasions and the matter is now posted on 7 January 2026. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, which prima facie find support in the copies of the Roznama, tendered for the perusal of the Court, and the daily status reports, the Writ Petition stands disposed with a direction to the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court to pass appropriate order in accordance with law, on 7 January 2026, or soon thereafter, but in any case, SSP 1/2
