On hearing the respective counsel, it is necessary for us to peruse the Notification dated 9th July 1998 issued by the State Government as the claim of the petitioner is that the village Shingve along with 10 other villages is excluded from the operation of the Sanctuary.

Mr. Chandurkar, representing the State however makes a statement that private area of Shingve village is excluded by the Notification. The petitioner then contends that his saw mill is situated in the private land and the benefit of the Notification of 9th July 1998 must be extended to him.

In the whole conundrum, it is necessary to have before us the Notification dated 9th July 1998 and we request Mr. Chandurkar to place the same on record.
