We direct Respondent No.3 - Ganesh Dadasaheb Thombare, Court Commissioner to forthwith issue notice for possession and to take possession without any further delay. 3.

Mr. Ganesh Dadasaheb Thombare states that he will issue 15 days notice on 1st December, 2025 on the Respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7 for taking possession of the secured asset. The statement is accepted.

The Writ Petition shall be kept for compliance on 17th December, 2025 on the Supplementary Board.
