Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are represented by Learned AGP. Mr. Satpute, learned counsel appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and Mr. Yadav, learned counsel appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 10 and 12. The learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that Respondent No. 11 has expired and her legal representatives, i.e., Sweety

40-WP-15804-2025.doc Petitioner No. 2 and Respondent No. 12 are already on record. In that light, Respondent No. 11 is deleted from the array of respondents. Hence, all the respondents are represented before this Court. 4.

It is brought to our notice that learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 to 9 has some difficulty in appearing today. Considering the short issue involved, list the petition for final disposal on 24th February 2026, 'High on Board.'

Respondent Nos. 10 and 12 are permitted to file reply affidavit by 20th February 2026. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed before the next date of listing. The interim order shall continue to operate till then.
