The challenge in this writ petition is to a certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has alternate statutory remedy by way of revision under Section 154 of the said Act. 2.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated in the revision application, present writ petition stands disposed of.
