The Petitioner has filed this Petition for seeking an injunction. In the same cause, the Petitioner's Application at Exhibit 111 in Regular Civil Suit No. 366 of 2015, has been rejected by order dated 15th October, 2025. The Petitioner desires to challenge the said order before the learned Single Judge. For the said purpose, the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions, in the light of the statement made by the Petitioner.
