The learned Counsel for the Respondent on instructions submits that, the Respondent is not averse to the expedite hearing and disposal ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL of Execution Application No. 2261 of 2019 (renumbered as Execution ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.12.03 11:54:05 +0530 Application No. 385 of 2024).

In view of the aforesaid submission and having regard to the pendency of the Execution Application, the Petition stands allowed. 4.

The learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi, seized with the Execution Application No. 385 of 2024 (Execution Application No.2261 of 2019), is requested to hear and decide the said Execution 1/2

The parties shall cooperate with the learned Civil Judge in the expeditious hearing and disposal of the Execution Application and shall not seek adjournments.
