Being aggrieved by the order dated 16th July, 2025 condoning the delay of 57 years in filing RTS Appeal No.1457 of 2024 preferred by the Respondent No.4, the Petitioners have preferred Revision Application No.1822 of 2025 which is pending before the Respondent No.1, alongwith the Application to stay further proceedings pending before the Respondent No.2. 2.
The grievance of the Petitioners is that no order has been passed in the said Stay Application.

Mr. M. M. Pable, learned AGP appearing for the State submits that if a direction is given by this Court, the Application of Stay will be considered. As such, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the Petitioners, we dispose of the Writ Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

Until such time an order as directed by this Court, is passed in the Stay Application, further proceedings in RTS Appeal No.1457 of 2024 shall be kept in abeyance.
