Heard Mr. Sawant, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. Ms. Salunkhe, the learned AGP opposed the petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioners invited our attention to the order dated 18th March 2025 passed by this Court. 2.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a revision application was preferred by the Petitioner on 21st April 2025 before the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that an attempt was made to press the 1 /2
LSP 42 wp 15908.25.doc application for grant of interim-relief, however, the Petitioners could not succeed in getting the application heard. 3.
This Court by the aforesaid order has granted ad-interim relief in favour of the Petitioners for a period of 6 weeks from the date of passing of the order.

In such view of the matter, instead of keeping the present petition pending, the same can be disposed of by requesting the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation to decide the application for grant of ad-interim/interim relief in the revision application which is filed on 21st April 2025 within a period of 8 weeks from 14th January 2026. The learned counsel for the Petitioners to appear before the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation on 14th January 2026 along with copy of this order at 2.00 p.m.

Ad-interim order granted earlier to continue for a period of 8 weeks from 14th January 2026.
