Filing of this Writ Petition is total abuse of process of law. The decree which has been passed by the learned Appellate Court in Appeal No.351 of 2016 has been confirmed by a learned Single Judge (Coram: Sandeep V. Marne, J.) by passing the order dated 11th October 2024 in Civil Revision Application No.171 2021. The said order has been confirmed by the Supreme Court by order dated 20th May 2025 passed in Petition (s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 14982 of 2025. Thereafter, this Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed in Appeal No.351 of 2016 by praying that the suit be remanded to the learned Trial Court. Sonali

This is a total abuse of the process of law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed with exemplary costs. 3.

However, Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. 4.
