Mr. Barve, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that on 23rd December, 2025, when the petition was heard, inadvertently, an incorrect statement was made that, 'defendant No.6 had filed cross appeal', which has been recorded in paragraph 7 of the order dated 23rd December, 2025. 3.

Mr. Barve now submits that, according to his instructions, respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein had filed the cross appeal. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, last two sentences of paragraph 7, i.e. "When the Court inquired with Mr. Barve, the learned Counsel submitted that, the Defendant No. 6 had 1/2

2-WP15946-2025.DOC indeed filed cross appeal. If that is the case, the cross appeal would be required to be decided independently on its own merits", be deleted.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

Order dated 23rd December, 2025 be corrected and uploaded.
