Heard Mr. Ugle, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

The present Petition is nothing but a sheer abuse of due process of law. The order passed by the 1st statutory Authority in the first instance without having been challenged before the two Appellate Authorities and revisional Authority is directly challenged in this Court under Article 227 on the premise that principles of natural justice are violated.

After hearing the submissions, I have expressed my mind to Mr. Ugle and he would submit that he may be allowed to withdraw the present Petition.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Petition on

P10.WPST.37198.2025.doc payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court Mumbai.

Needless to state that all contentions of Petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Appellate Authority under Section 257 readwith Schedule E of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 are kept open. If any such challenge is maintained, the Appellate Authority shall deal with same expeditiously in accordance with law. 7.

With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
