By the impugned order the Sub Divisional Officer has restored the first order passed by the Tahsildar on 04th May, 2023, under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, which was already set aside by the Sub Divisional Officer in Revision Application No. 190/2023 by an order dated 08th January, 2024. Issue notice for final disposal to respondent Nos. 1 to 5, returnable on 19th January, 2025.

The learned AGP waives notice to the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 by private service and file an Affidavit of Service.
