Mr.Satish Maneshinde, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner informs us that repeatedly the Petitioners are being summoned and threatened. He submits that yesterday Shubham ASP, 1/3

Udhampur Army called the Petitioners at 07:24 p.m. asking the Petitioners to appear today, failing which non-bailable warrant will be issued against the Petitioners. Mr.Maneshinde further submits that even today at 11:05 a.m., the Petitioner No.2 received the call from Barkha Chadda, Lt.Col. The said Officer also allegedly threatened the Petitioners to appear failing which non-bailable warrant would be issued. Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners has tendered screen shots of the calls received from the said Officers. When confronted, Mr.Mishra, states that, it is not the practice of the Officers to call upon the witnesses and that summons are issued, to enable the witness to remain present. He seeks time to take instructions. On his request stand over to 15th December, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.

Mr.Maneshinde also states that he will file an affidavit with respect to the calls made by the said Officers. The same to be filed on or before 12th December, 2025 with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 - Union of India. 2/3

In the meantime till the next date, no summons to be issued to the Petitioners.
