The Petitioner appears in person. He has sought several prayers in the aforesaid Petition, however, during the course of the arguments, he does not press the said prayers when it was pointed out to the Petitioner that his Appeal challenging the original order as well as review order is pending before the Appellate Authority i.e. Bar Council of India. The Petitioner, hence requests that the proceedings before the Bar Council of India be expedited. Since the original DC Case is of 2023 and the review is of 2025, we request the Respondent No.3 i.e. Bar Council of India to decide the proceedings filed by the Petitioner 2/3
expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 3.
We make it clear that, we have not gone into the merits of the orders passed by the Appellate Authority and as such keep all contentions of all the parties on merits open. 4.
All concerned parties to act on the authenticated copies of the said order.
