At the outset, we may note, that the petitioner, who appears in person, does not press prayer clauses - 'A', 'B' and 'C'. He only presses for prayer clause 'D' i.e. a direction to the respondent No.1 - Bar Council of India to expeditiously hear and dispose of the appeal filed by the respondent No.3, within a time bound period.

Mr. Jagtap, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 on instructions states that the appeal would be disposed of within 6 months, from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition stands disposed of.
