Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 28th March 2025, passed by the Maintenance Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (MWPSC Act). 3.

In view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of 'Jagdish Pitamber Pawar vs. Pitamber Pundalik Pawar and Ors"1 the impugned order is amenable to an appeal under Section 16 of the Act before the Appellate Authority.

The petition thus stands disposed with liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority. W.P. No.36 of 2023 of Bombay H.C. at A'bad bench. varsha
