The limited request of the Petitioners in this petition is to direct the Hon'ble Minister to decide the application for stay in the pending R.T.S. Revision Application No.1598/2025. The application for stay of the order dated 25th August 2025 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner is at Page-47 of the paperbook. 3.

The present petition can be disposed of by directing the

LSP 2 41 wp 16277.25.doc Hon'ble Revenue Minister or the authority designated to hear the application to decide the application made for ad-interim/interim reliefs as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

The Petitioners to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 14th January 2026 at 2.00 p.m. along with copy of this order. 5.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
