The learned Advocate representing the Corporation, submits that there are several disputed issues between the Petitioner, the tenant, Respondent No.4, and Respondent No.5. 2.

He further submits that the Corporation is merely looking into the issue whether the building permission was granted to Respondent Nos.4 and 5, who are erecting a structure. If there are disputed issues as regards rights, or interest in the property, the Petitioner will have to approach the Civil Court. He also submits that the hearing is in progress and would be concluded within six Vina Khadpe

Having recorded the above statement, this Petition is disposed off.
