In view of the fact that State has already stayed the impugned order dated 07.10.2024 for a period of 60 days which is expiring on 05.12.2025 adhering to the request made by Mr. Thorat, the said stay stands extended by a period of six weeks from today to enable the Court to determine the present Petition. 4.

Issue notice to Respondents. Learned AGP enters
