By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to defer the act of taking physical possession of the subject property and / or suspend the implementation of the Section 14 order until final hearing and disposal of the pending Interim Application No.3701 of 2025, Interim Application No.3703 of 2025 and S.A. No.393 of 2025 pending KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV before DRT - Pune and hearing of the S.A. No.393 of 2025 be by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.12.03 11:00:51 +0530 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Petitioner has also sought for quashing and setting aside of the Advocate Commissioner Notice(s) dated 15th November, 2025 and direct maintaining of status quo until final disposal of the S.A. No.393 of 2025 pending before DRT - Pune. 3.
The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the DRT-2, Mumbai who has current charge over DRT - Pune has fixed the hearing of Interim Application No.3701 of 2025 alongwith Interim Application No.3703 of 2025 today in the afternoon session. The statement is noted.

In view of the DRT-2, Mumbai hearing the aforementioned Interim Applications today, we direct the DRT-2, Mumbai / DRT - Pune to hear and dispose of the Interim Application No.3701 of 2025 and Interim Application No.3703 of 2025, within a period of two weeks from today.

The parties to the present Petition shall not apply for any adjournment before the DRT-2, Mumbai / DRT - Pune and shall fully ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
co-operate with the hearing of the Interim Applications. 6.
Till the disposal of the said Interim Applications, the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall not act in furtherance of the Advocate Commissioner Notice(s) dated 15th November, 2025 and shall maintain status-quo with respect to the subject property. 7.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
