DATED: 23 DECEMBER 2025 P.C.:
1.
Heard Mr. Sagar Sonawane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.
2.
By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the Order dated 21st October 2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nashik, DistrictNashik, in Petition No. E 189 of 2019 ("impugned Order"). 3.
By the impugned Order, the learned Judge of the Family Court has directed Rs.6,000/- per month and Rs.5,000/- per month as maintenance to the Respondents i.e. the wife and the son. The learned Judge has observed that an earlier maintenance application was filed in the year 2012 and the same was decided in the year 2015, and that, in view of inflation, the earlier maintenance which has been granted in the
17-WP-16389-2025.doc application of the year 2012 of Rs.3,000/- and Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife and son, is required to be increased. 4.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances, no interference in the impugned Order is warranted.
5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
