It is the allegation of the Petitioner that the structure in question is constructed by the Respondent No. 6 without any authorisation or permission from the Respondent - Corporation which is unable to take appropriate action against the structure.

We heard the learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 6 who wants some time to take instructions.

However, in the facts and circumstances, we direct the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner. Talwalkar

60.WP16392.2025.odt The Competent Officer of the Respondent No. 3 shall examine the question whether the structure in question is authorised and decide the Petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of such representation. Respondent No. 3 after due notice to Respondent No. 6 and upon hearing the parties, to decide whether the structure in question is authorised or not. If it is found that the structure is unauthorised, appropriate action be taken against the said unauthorised structure within a period of 16 weeks from the date of submission of representation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. 5.

No order as to costs.
