Time is granted to Respondent No. 2 - the Chief Executive Officer, SRA - to file his affidavit, and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to file their personal affidavits. Copies thereof shall be served upon the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, well in advance.

The affidavit needs to be a parawise affidavit dealing with all averments and allegations, as made in the Petition.

List the Petition on 24th December 2025. HOB. 4.
We also put the Petitioner to notice that, if we are of the opinion that there is an abuse of the process of law, we shall deal with such conduct strictly, upon being satisfied, as contended in the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the SRA.

In the meantime, we are informed that the Appeal is already filed however the Petitioner has raised serious grievances in regard to the competence of the said Forum to adjudicate the Petitioner's Appeal and more particularly serious allegations being made in the memo of the Petition. As we have already directed personal affidavits to be filed, we shall hear the parties on all such contentions and pass appropriate orders on the adjourned date of hearing. (AARTI SATHE, J.) (G. S.
