The Petitioners are aggrieved that the Education Officer (Secondary), while responding to the complaint of Respondent No.4, has called upon the Petitioner to ensure that no order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner in the proceedings pending before him, is disobeyed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that every time Respondent No.4 complains, the Respondent No.3 Education Officer writes a letter to the Petitioner that they should ensure that there should be no disobedience of any order of the Joint Charity Commissioner.

We do not find that the Education Officer has passed any order which could be said to be causing any prejudice to the Petitioners. No decision has been taken against the Petitioner. There is no cause of action.

This Petition is, therefore, is dismissed.
