REVATI MOHITE DERE & SANDESH D. PATIL, JJ.

DATE : 10TH DECEMBER, 2025.

P.C. :- 1.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Since the only relief sought by the Petitioner in the aforesaid Writ Petition is, a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panvel, to dispose off Special Civil Suit No.21 of 2022, within a period of one year.

3.

Since, the order which we intend to pass, no prejudice is likely to be caused to any of the Respondents, we are not 1/3

inclined to issue notices to the Respondents. 4.

The Petitioner is a senior citizen. It appears that the Respondents have filed a Civil Suit in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panvel as against the Petitioner and her son. The said suit is filed in January, 2022. 5.

Without going into the merits of the case / suit, keeping in mind that the Petitioner is a senior citizen, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panvel, to dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.21 of 2022 expeditiously and in any event within a period of one year from the date of the receipt of this order.

The Writ Petition is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms.
