Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Addl. G.P. for the Respondent-State.

Petitioner's deceased father was the owner of Gat No. 58, Khate No. 76 admeasuring 7 Guntha land situated within the jurisdiction of Chas, Taluka- Khed, District- Pune. After demise of the Petitioner's father, it is the Petitioner's claim that the said land belongs to the Petitioner and his brothers through inheritance right. The said land is Mahar Watan Land and according to the Petitioner, the Petitioner's father was the legally entitled of the said land. The Petitioner made representation dated 2nd August, 2025 to the Respondent - State and Talwalkar

61.WP16456.2025.odt other statutory authorities since it is his grievance that the Grampanchayat had illegally constructed the building premises known as Health Center on the said land. The Petitioner requests to the Respondents to take action.

This Petition can be disposed of by directing the Tahasildar, Rajgurunagar, District Pune, to take the representation dated 2nd August, 2025 to its logical conclusion in accordance with law. The decision thereon be informed to the Petitioner. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner assures that the Petitioner will remain present before the Tahasildar on 23rd March, 2026 alongwith copy of this order. If the Tahasildar is satisfied with the grievance of the Petitioner, he may take further steps after hearing the affected party and decide the said representation in accordance with law.
