Considering the limited grievance raised by the petitioners, in my view the petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.5 to decide the revision application filed by the petitioners on 12 August 2025, a copy whereof is annexed at Exhibit 'E' to the petition, within a period of three months from today. 2.

Respondent No.5 shall ensure that the revision application is decided within the aforesaid period of three months. 3.

However, since the election programme has already been declared, and in the interest of natural justice, the Revisional Authority shall also ensure that the interim relief application filed by the petitioners is decided by 29 December 2025.

The parties shall appear before Respondent No.5 on 22 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m.

Nothing stated herein shall preclude the Revisional Authority from deciding the revision itself earlier than the time prescribed above.
