The challenge in the present petition is to the order of attachment issued under sub-rule (11) of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. The petitioner has an efficacious remedy of approaching the Special Recovery Officer under sub-rule (19) of Rule 107. In case the petitioner avails such remedy, the Special Recovery Officer shall consider and decide the petitioner's grievance in relation to the attachment as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not considered on the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner.
