In this disposed of Writ Petition, directions were issued for expeditious disposal of the pending Interim Applications Diary No.1702 of 2025 and Interim Application Diary No. 2000 of 2025 in Securitisation Application No. 218 of 2025.

It is brought to out notice that the timelines were issued when the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT-I) was Incharge of proceedings pending before DRT-III. DRT-I heard arguments and reserved the order, when the charge of DRT-III was given to DRT-II. As a consequence, DRT-II is now required to conduct the hearing denovo. 4.

In that light extension is sought for disposal of the aforementioned Interim Applications.

In view of the above, DRT-II, Incharge of DRT-III proceedings, is varsha
