In this matter, we direct the Respondents to file and serve reply latest by 09 January 2026. The reply must be filed by the 3rd Respondent and must also apprise this Court about the status of the Petitioner's complaint that the officials who visited the Petitioner's office made demands for illegal gratification. The reply must state whether these complaints have been forwarded to the appropriate authorities, or otherwise looked into and if so, the status of such complaints. 3.

The reply must also address the issue regarding the basis for rejecting the Petitioner's application for change of
