On the backdrop of the earlier order, we have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned senior counsel for the department, has placed on record order dated 6 May 2026, by which the petitioner's application for change of address has been allowed. The operative order is required to be noted which reads thus:

"ORDER (See Rule 19 of the GST Rules)

6. In view of the foregoing, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 28 of the GST Act, read with Rule 19 of the GST Rules, it is hereby ordered that:

(1) The delay, if any, in filing the amendment application is hereby CONDONED.

(2) The amendment application filed by M/s. Mark Solutions (GSTIN27ABRFM3060G1Z3) vide ARN AA2710250675654 dated 07 May 2026 Kiran Kawre

7-WP-16513-2025.DOC 15/10/2025, for change in Principal Place of Business from Mezz Floor, MB 7/B, 10/21 Flox Chamber, Tata Road No. 1, Opera House, Girgaum, 400004 to new address ie as 206, Floor 2nd, Regal Arcade Building. Tata Road No. 2, Roxy Cinema, Opera House, Girgaon, Mumbai-400004, is hereby ALLOWED."
