Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Ms. Sharma, the learned Counsel for Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), on instructions, submits that the GRC could not decide the appeal as the concerned officers were not available. Learned Counsel submits that within a period of one week, the GRC may decide the appeal. 3.
Since by an order dated 26 November 2025, the Petitioner has been directed to vacate the subject premises, while the appeal preferred by the Petitioner awaits verdict of the GRC, the execution and operation of the order dated 26 November 2025 stands stayed till the GRC passes an order in Appeal No.102 of 2024 and communicates the same to the Petitioner. 4.
In the event, the GRC decides the appeal against the Petitioner, the SSP 1/2
904 wp 16525 of 2025.doc order dated 26 November 2025 passed by the Deputy Collector, SRA shall remain stayed for a period of one week from the date of communication of such adverse order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed.
