Evidently, the proceedings are pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in disposal of those proceedings. 3.

The petitioner is also aggrieved by the fact that, the respondents have filed a proceeding before the Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 4.

The prayers in the petition cannot be countenanced by this Court, while the proceedings are pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

The only direction that can be issued by this Court is that the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission shall dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.
