Under such circumstances, leave may be given to the Petitioners to withdraw the writ petitions with the liberty to contest those notices in accordance with law. Expressing apprehension that due to expiry of the time for filing reply to the show cause notices, some of his clients may not be able to submit a reply, Mr. Bandiwadekar has sought extension of time to file reply to the show cause notices. 2.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.

At the request of Mr. Bandiwadekar, a week's time, with effect from today, is granted to the Petitioners/similarly situated candidates to file reply to the show cause notices issued to them by the MPSC.
