Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

When this Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Competent Authority be directed to decide the eligibility in terms of the order dated 10th October, 2023 passed by the First Appellate Authority, within a time frame.

The Court finds that, the Appellate Authority has already taken care to direct the Competent Authority to decide the eligibility within a period of three months.

4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Competent Authority on 04th March, 2026.

5.

The Competent Authority is requested to hear and decide the aspect of eligibility in terms of the order passed by the SAINATH 1/2

The petition stands disposed.
