Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

An arguable question arises for consideration as the petitioner - the intervention applicant in the proceedings before the Competent Authority had filed WP/19417/2024, which came to be allowed by a judgment and order dated 5th May, 2025, which has been carried in appeal before the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (C) No.16954/2025, wherein the Supreme Court has issued notices to the parties.

Issue notice to the respondents, for final disposal, returnable on 13th January, 2026.
