We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The order dated 30th April, 2005 is to be implemented by the Revenue Authorities by following the due procedure, since any person who may have suffered the said order, has not posed a challenge before any superior Authority. The learned AGP submits that now the matter would be relegated to the office of the Circle Inspector and he would follow the due procedure laid down in law, issue notices to the stakeholders and, after considering all the documents and records, would pass a reasoned order. In view of the above, let this exercise be completed within a period of 120 days from today.
