The petitioner intended to contest the post of 'President' for Gandhinglaj Nagar Parishad and his objections were rejected by an order dated 18th November 2025. Aggrieved by the said order, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.

Ms. Nimisha Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the elections for Gadhinglaj Nagar Parishad were conducted on 2nd December 2025 and in view of that development, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to avail of other legal remedies as available to him in law. 3.
