The petitioner prays for the following reliefs : - "(A) The present Writ Petition may kindly be allowed. (B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or writ or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby quash and set aside Impugned final notification of Electoral Division dated 18.08.2025 and published in the Government Gazette on 22.08.2025 and impugned order dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Respondent Commissioner rejecting the Objection to the extent it incudes Village Khandepargaon in Nalwandi Electroal Division. (C) Pending hearing and Final disposal this writ petition the effect, execution, and implementation of Impugned final notification of Electoral Division dated 18.08.2025 and published in the Government Gazette on 22.08.2025 and Impugned order dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Respondent Commissioner rejecting the Objection to the extent it includes Village Khandepargaon in Nalwandi Electoral Division May kindly be stayed.

(D) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to reconsider the objections raised

(F) Any other suitable and equitable relief may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner."
