Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Court finds that, the order dated 3rd December, 2025 does not make reference to the order passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department (UD1), whereby the appeal preferred by petitioner No.2 was partly allowed.

The learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that respondent No.1 Corporation will withdraw the order dated 3rd December, 2025. 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submission and the withdrawal of the order dated 3rd October, 2025, the principal grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
