1) Petitioner is directed to deposit entire decreetal amount in the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. 2) According to us, present Petition is not maintainable, as the Petitioner is having substantive alternate statutory remedy under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act by way of filing Revision. 3) However, learned Advocate for Petitioner insist this Court to adjudicate his defence in our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
