The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that Appeal No. i.e. Appeal No.TPS - 1224 / 1468.P.No.124 / 24 / Navi12, is pending before Respondent No.2, Minster Urban Development Department. He submits that the Petitioners were not parties to the said proceedings. He submits that the Petitioners have sought an early decision in the said Appeal.

The learned AGP submits that, in fact the Petitioners should have approached the 2nd Respondent, and filed an Application for Intervention, keeping in view his statement that, in in the dispute along with those Appellants, the Petitioners were a Vina Khadpe

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that he would tender an intervention Application before Respondent No.2. 4.
