Being aggrieved by the order passed by the Respondent No.2 condoning long delay in preferring the Application filed by the Respondent No.4, the Petitioners have preferred Revision Application before the Respondent No.1 alongwith a prayer to stay further proceedings before the Respondent No.2. The grievance of the Petitioners is that no action has been taken by the Respondent No.1 either on the Revision Application or on the Stay Application. As such, they have been compelled to approach this Court by filing this Writ Petition.

If that be so, a direction to that effect can be issued in this Writ Petition. Ordered accordingly.

In so far as an apprehension expressed by the Petitioners that during the pendency of the Applications, the concerned SubDivisional Officer-Respondent No.2 may proceed with the matter, thus, clouding the title of the Petitioners, as an ad-interim measure, we grant prayer clause (b). This order to remain in force until such time, the Revision Application is finally disposed of by the Respondent No.1.
