By this Writ Petition the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to reinstate the services of the Petitioner. There is a prayer for directing the Respondent No.2 to pay back wages w.e.f. 9 November 2018 till today to the Petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has raised a preliminary objection. He has submitted that there is an alternate remedy available to the Petitioner under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Practices and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 read with Schedule IV Item 1 to discharge or dismiss employees. 3.
