Having considered the prayer sought for in the writ petition, there is an alternate remedy available to the Petitioner under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Practices and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 read with Schedule IV Item 1 to discharge or dismiss employees. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has accordingly sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of the alternate remedy.

In view thereof, leave is granted.

The Writ Petition No. 16707 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
