Mr. Mulla, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, seeks leave to amend the cause title of the Writ Petition by incorporating "Principal Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Department", representing the Respondent No.1 i.e. State of Maharashtra. Prayer is allowed. Amendments be carried out forthwith.

Considering the nature of grievance expressed in the Writ Petition, the matter be listed again on 22nd December 2025 so as to enable Mrs. Bhatia, the learned AGP to obtain instructions facilitating expeditious disposal of the Writ Petition. 15th December 2025
