Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 - State. 2.
This Petition is for direction to expedite the Revision Application along with the Application for stay which was filed on 27th February 2025. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that no date has been fixed for hearing of the stay Application so far. 3.
After hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioners and in the Satish Sangar 1/2
22-WP-16710-2025.doc facts and circumstances of the present case, we are satisfied that the Application for stay needs to be heard expeditiously. Accordingly, we request the Hon'ble Minister to hear and decide the Application for grant of ad-interim / interim reliefs as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of communication of the order after giving due notices to the concerned Respondents. 4.
The Petitioners to cooperate with the Hon'ble Minister in the expeditious disposal of the Application for stay and shall not ask for unnecessary adjournments. The Petitioners to appear before the Hon'ble Minister along with copy of this order on 15th January 2026 at 2.00 p.m.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
