The learned Advocate for the PMRDA tenders a compilation of 14 pages, which is taken on record and collectively marked as ' Y-1' for identification. He points out the action taken by the PMRDA office in accordance with the prescribed stages. He further points out the relevant last letter dated 27.01.2026, guiding the Petitioners to initiate the steps set out in the said communication, which is at Page Nos. 13 and 14 of Y-1. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has tendered a compilation of 05 pages, which is taken on record and collectively marked as ' Y-2'

for identification.

The learned Advocate for the PMRDA submits that, considering the order passed by this Court, these matters can now be posted on 27.03.2026 for recording compliance. 4.

However, since the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Mr. N.A. Walke, has not complied with our order, as he has not tendered ...2

any report to the learned Additional Government Pleader, as was directed, for the said purpose, these Petitions shall be listed on the urgent supplementary board on 20.03.2026.
